With 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, government, management consultant, and lead expertise engineer, his experience spans the industrial and government sectors, including the information know-how, healthcare, financial companies, national safety, judicial, public safety, and telecommunications industries. In his previous role, Mr. Kleinberg led company growth buy-side and sell-aspect M&A activities at enterprise software program market leader ASI, and participated in 20+ initiated transactions, together with a non-public equity increase. Prior to ASI, as President of VerticalFalls Software, which developed CRM solutions for financial advisors working in brokerage firms, Mr. Kleinberg orchestrated a succ essful exit as the corporate was acquired by strategic associate Sage in 2007. Before VerticalFalls, he was a founder/owner in two other affluent high-progress technology companiesâ€"EIC, a administration consulting firm, and NTC, a specialized high radio frequency electronics agency. Mr. Kleinberg can be currently an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, the place he teaches M&A, Entrepreneurial Finance, and Corporate Governance courses, and he serves on many boards throughout Johns Hopkins University, where he received his MS in Computer Science and BS in Bioengineering.
